Sarah is the visionary at the helm of Nolton Africa, bringing over a decade of expertise in sustainable development, trade facilitation, and social impact consulting. She has led multi-million dollar projects across West Africa, including a $4M EU-funded initiative, and has provided strategic guidance to policymakers, SMEs, and nonprofits to amplify their impact and drive sustainable change.
Her work spans nonprofit sustainability, corporate ESG consulting, and public-private partnership facilitation, helping leaders, from where they are, identify transformative and sustainable solutions to complex societal problems.
Sarah holds a Master’s degree from Nexford University, Washington, D.C., an LL.B from the University of Lagos, and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Policy and Strategic Studies at the University of Abuja.
Alex Adekunle James is the Programs Director at Nolton Africa, bringing a consultant’s expertise in program strategy, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement. With a strong background in designing and executing high- impact initiatives, he provides strategic insights that enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of social impact programs. Alex specializes in building systems that drive measurable outcomes, helping organizations navigate complex challenges and scale their impact through data-driven decision-making and cross-sector collaborations.

As Finance Director, he oversees organizations’ financial strategy, planning, and compliance, ensuring that every project is not only impactful but financially sound. With a sharp analytical mind and a strong commitment to transparency, Great plays a key role in supporting our client’s growth and long-term vision. His work helps turn bold ideas into well-funded, well- managed realities.
Jessica Onotu is a Project Associate at Nolton Africa with a strong background in program administration, stakeholder engagement, and multi-project coordination. With a BSc in Economics from Babcock University, she combines analytical expertise with hands-on experience in project planning and implementation ensuring efficiency, impact, and sustainability.
She has managed various development projects, overseeing structured frameworks for execution, and ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders across various sectors, including healthcare and education. She plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing projects that drive measurable change, leveraging her skills in data-driven decision-making, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and sustainability.
Omolola is a dedicated and resourceful Program Associate at Nolton Africa, where she plays a key role in driving impactful initiatives. With a passion for social development and strategic execution, she works closely with teams and partners to ensure projects are well-structured and achieve meaningful results.
A Ph.D. Candidate in Development Economics at the University of Ibadan, she leverages research and data-driven strategies to shape policy and foster equitable growth. Her expertise spans program design, ESG consulting, and public-private partnerships, positioning organizations for long-term impact

Ehi is the powerhouse of support behind Nolton Africa’s leadership team. She is an education and policy professional working at the intersection of education and policy. She plays a strategic role in driving organizational effectiveness and supporting key initiatives in the development sector.
She holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Abuja and is a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.
